BOOK REVIEW~ #REV by Cambria Hebert

#Rev (GearShark #2)
by Cambria Herbert

Trent Mask puts the REV in revolution.

A line has been drawn.

Indie vs Pro

Here at GearShark, we’re straddling that line to bring you exclusive coverage of what some have dubbed the war of racing.
Every war starts with a spark and ends in revolution.
Drew Forrester was the spark,
but his second-in-command is the REVolution.

What does it take to stand brave in the face of opposition?

resolve of steel…

Stubborn will…

And a heart that refuses to give up.

It isn’t just the drivers in this war.
The revolution is about more than just racing.
It’s about shattering labels and taking risks.

So we asked Trent Mask: Truth or Dare?

His answer?

Both.

Cambria Herbert you have done it AGAIN. #Rev is written in the dual POV of both Drew and Trent. It is the second book in the GearShark series (the first being #Junkie), but it is also a spin-off of her Hashtag series.

Although you do not need to read the Hashtag series prior to this, it is something that I would highly recommend. It is a fantastic read but also a lead into these books (GearShark series)

#Rev is only the second M/M book I have read, Junkie being the first and I have to say it was an incredible read. This book was about so much more than two best friends falling in love, it was about family not always being blood and that blood will not always except you for who you are. The saying blood is thicker than water is proven wrong in this book. Family are those who will stand by you and fight with you through everything.

If you have not read the Hashtag series I suggest getting started there before reading #Rev

Cambria Hebert is a latte sipping author of the Heven & Hell series, the Death Escorts series, and the Take It Off series. She loves a caramel latte, hates math and is afraid of chickens (yes, chickens). She went to college for a bachelor’s degree, couldn’t pick a major and ended up with a degree in cosmetology. So rest assured her characters will always have good hair. She currently lives in North Carolina with her husband and children (both human and furry) where she is plotting her next book.
