Review of #Finishline (Gearshark #5) by Cambria Herbert

Every race has a finish line.
Where you go after you cross it is what matters most. And sometimes, that's the most intriguing.
Here at GearShark, we've featured lots of drivers. All of them are well acquainted with the finish line. And as race fans, we're well acquainted with cheering as they cross it. What we aren't privy to is riding shotgun, seeing where they drive once the race is over.
Our interviews barely scratch the surface, offering just a glimpse of the men and women behind the wheel. The discovery of vanished Motocross sensation Jayson Hamilton, who has been right under our noses for years, proves secrets abound.
It's time to dig deep. Look beyond the racetrack at the drivers who continue to pique our interest. In addition to scoring an exclusive, all-access interview with the elusive Jayson Hamilton (his first and only since the death of his fellow racer and partner Matt Lewis), we've caught up with some of our most popular featured men and women in the racing world.
Where are they now?
Who are they now?
What do these hot commodities do when they escape the spotlight?
Rumors of weddings, babies, and new tattoos swirl through the media on a weekly basis. And though we're headlining the hashtag #Finishline, we're far from finished. In fact, we're just getting started.

#FinishLine is book 5 in the GearShark series, you need to have read #Blur and #Swag to understand this book.

I really wish this book was never ending as it closed yet another amazing series by Cambria Herbert. I think that although i did and do love the Hashtag series it does not come close to the Men (and woman) of the Gearshark series. Firstly, in case you don't know, this is a M/M romance book and I believe you need to read the series in order to get the whole experience.  It is a continuation of Arrow and Hoppers love story and what a story it is.  These two me...gah what to say... these two me are both broken by their pasts but show us that with someone willing to walk beside you and love you no matter what, maybe all those broken piece can become a whole.

Arrow and Hopper are two handsome pieces of a perfect whole. I don't think either will take advantage of the other. In this book we see how Arrow and Lorhaven have finally become part of a family they never really had with their Dad. Hopper learns that true family will see you for what you are and love you no matter your mistakes. He gets his family back and in the process gains another family in Josie, Lorhaven, Arrow and Gamble.

I love that we got a glimpse of Lorhaven and Josie. Who knew that man could be so romantic? I love how he is not afraid of Gamble and makes it understood that their wedding will be what Josie wants and not for business. For such a tough guy he really melts when it comes to his girl.

*Sigh*
I am so sad that its over for these fantastic characters and i will definitely miss them but well I can always re-read them :)
